3111 Henry is now Terrace
We are excited to announce the introduction of Terrace, the new identity that defines the upcoming unique residential development in Port Moody.
The naming process was primarily driven by inspiration found within Port Moody, its’ natural presence, culture, people, and lifestyle.
With respect to the location of the development and its proximity to the inlet, represents a secure viewpoint, a unique outlook toward the horizon. From both a lifestyle and investment point of view, the name is relatable in various ways and further highlights the unique architectural design of the view Terraces.
The Visual Identity
The Terrace logo design was developed with the local residents in mind. Taking into consideration their familiarity with Port Moody, the lifestyle, and the natural surroundings, we wanted to introduce a new living concept that represents “Integration”. This idea stems from the neighborhood, the various formats of the buildings, and the seamless fitting of the low-rise concrete structure within Port Moody’s natural habitat.
Terrace represented sophistication, modernity, and future-forward thinking.
The concrete building blocks that are representative of the architecture are the focus of the Terrace logo. The monogram is further meant to show the individuality & uniqueness of each unit plan with slight variations in shape and color. The gradient of colors is based on the mirage of sunsets reflecting on the Burrard Inlet. To reinforce the brand personality, the choice of modern font provides a welcoming but assertive outlook.
